Here are a few pictures of Ka Lily's wedding and what a memorable day it was. It was definitely Wedding of the year, to me! :D I mean, siapa jua bejoget masa pengantin besanding? Our family does! Mesti family Abg Zul bangang tu. hahah!

Now, I'm already missing the gatherings with all the cousins & families during the Malam Berjaga-jaga. We had Karaoke, Lotto, Dance practices, Joget and more. :) sigh. Oh well, I hope there'll be another gathering soon. Anyways, enjoy the pics.

My semester 1 results just got out 2 days ago and I am pretty happy with it. Syukur Alhamdulillah~ I got 5 merits & 1 pass! Woohoo~ :D Since my friend & I got the same result, we pretty much got the top results in the group, eventhough with no distinctions. I'll aim for a Distinction for next semester just to even out that 'passing' grade. I texted Babah as soon as I got my results, and he was proud of my results and so was Mom. All I've ever wanted to do is to make my parents proud and I'm glad I did. I'll never stop and I'm not gonna let them down. They even talk to me in the car last night that they really want me to fulfill my dreams of studying in UK one day. I really hope so too. =)

Unfortunately, some of the unlucky ones got kicked out, and one of em is my friend in the group. :( I really wished she could join us next semester but it is not possible. I wish her all the best for next intake. My other friends, the fortunate ones get to resit for their paper. I hope they can move on to next semester after their exams. I even said to them, "Blajar tah banar2. Jgn skip group studies. Buat revisions. Study hard & don't give up! I'll be watching you~ *do the eye-to-eye thing with fingers*" HAHA. They were kinda surprised when I said that. Then I told them, I just want everyone to pass.

Eversince the semester started, my colleagues & I have gotten really close. We're like one big family now. Everyday I look forward into seeing them, talking to them and joking around with them. It just took us like 6 months and we were all inseparable. We would all go out in one big group, like 12-15 of us for a lunch out or just an outing. They've all been there for me through the rough times and good times. And I love them all so very much. I really hope we'll do good for the coming semester.

At times, I feel like I've been missing out in life. I should enjoy every minute of it, not waste it. I should experience new things and explore more to life. Including, falling in love along the way. At times, I thought to myself, he might be the one. He might just be that guy who will make me smile everyday (more than I used to) regardless how lousy my day would be, sing to crappy love songs all day and still feel on top of the world, be myself and know that everything's gonna be okay, just cos he is the one for me.

But I let it go. I let it all go. Why? Cos I'm afraid. I'm afraid of what will happen next, afraid that I might fall for the wrong guy and get hurt, afraid to feel....the pain of losing someone, again. It hurts too much to remember. I hate hurting people's feeling, especially the ones I love. So why go through it all again? At times, I think that I cry more when I'm in a relationship, rather than not being in one. Sure, it feels great to be single, to be care-free and be happy. But there's a certain point in time, that every single person feels lonely. To be able see other people happily in love and trying to make their relationship work. Oh how I envy them so much.

It's not easy to be me. A few guys are showing signs that they like me, but I've ignored all those signs. Bad experience I had before was being stalked by a random guy. It gives me the shivers when I had to recall that incident again. Eversince then, when I'm out at night, I'd look at my rear view mirror to check if I was being followed or not. I even have nightmares every now and then. Nightmares about me being stalked and the guy gets too obsessed with me, and he would torture me and eventually kill me. Nightmares like these can keep me up all night. Leaving me restless and even wake up with a big gasp. It's scary. How easily people would say "How lucky you are to be so pretty and get guys going crazy over you." Yes, it's easy for them to say it when they have not experienced what I've been through. I've been through a lot and I've had enough of it.

I just wish it would all blow over like it had never happened. But it's like set in stone. What's done is done, and there's nothing we can do to change it. Pain is temporary but Scars are forever.

And therefore, it is back to square one. Being afraid to fall again.

Exams, done! Woohoo~ :D

Now all that's left is SAM test & assignment.

Both exams went pretty well. Fortunately, I've covered lots of past year questions during the group discussions with my friends. Those late-afternoon discussions was definitely worth it. :) I've tried my best and now I just hope and pray I get good grades for both units.

The results for SAM (statistics) test was out and I've got my marks. Alhamdulillah~ I've passed. So far, I've got the highest one in the group. And I think I got too 'excited' when I heard that. I blushed, my voice went high pitched and I was very eager to get my hands on my paper from my lecturer. And I think, I even jumped a little. LOL. Yes, I was that 'EXCITED'. haha. xD The next SAM test will be this Saturday and this time it will be Accountings, not Statistics anymore. My weakness. =/ But oh well, I'm not gonna let that bring me down. I'm just gonna have to study hard for it and pass with flying colours again. :)

As for the Exams result, Sir told us that it might be out first week of December. Till then, we have no more classes till next Semester, which starts probably on the 10th of January. Plans for the sem break? Catch-up with my old friends. And oh, I'll be going to the SMSS Senior Prom Gala Night this Monday, which will be held at the Jerudong Polo Club. I wasn't planning to come actually but since Winnie is going, she encourages me to come with. So hey, why not right? x) Got myself a dress already and since its theme will be 'Glamorous night', I hope I'll be able to look all glamed-up for the night. :)

Oh yeah, another update. Nasrul was admitted to the hospital last Sunday cos he's been having a fever the past couple of days. His temperature went as high as 39 degrees! The doctor made him stay for the night and he was out the next day with a home leave, since he missed home so much. He got a few red rashes on his face and body ( effects from the hot fever), but he's feeling all better now. Alhamdulillah~

Well I think I better chow! It's getting late and I've got another group discussion tomorrow morning with the G3 buddies.

I took this shot on my way home last Wednesday. The sun rays were beautiful. It looked heavenly though it's not very clear in this picture. :/ Taking a glance at it makes my mind at ease. hehe :)

Guess what? I had a really nice, comfortable, uninterrupted sleep last night. a 14-hours sleep, to be exact! Yes, you heard me. =p Surprisingly, I was exhausted when I got back from class yesterday that I decided to take a short nap. But then I finally woke up the next morning, feeling all rejuvenated. haha. Didn't know I was THAT exhausted. lol. But that is just what I need before my exams. Before those 'sleepless-and-revision-nights' begin. Oh well, at least I've managed to finish up parts of my SAM assignment today.

And oh, my reason to blog today is to announce that I won't be blogging anytime within this week, probably. Cos I've got my exams next week. And I need to do lots of revision. Insyallah, I'll blog again after the 18th. :)

I'm feeling hyper today. And I'm not sure why, but I like it! :D

I've talked more than I usually do. Talked to people I seldom talk to. Laughed more than usual. And lastly, I think I might have smiled too much. LOL. x)

Ah well, just let it be.

It's been three nights in a row that I have time to finally cook dinner for the family. :) I was awfully busy these past couple of weeks that I have no time to cook or even eat a proper meal like I used to.

There was a time last week when my brother asked me if I was going to cook dinner for him, but I had to tell him no cos I've got tons of work to finish up. I feel bad, yes. But I didn't have a choice at that moment. By the time when all work was done, I decided that I should start cooking dinner again. One of the simple and common dish at home was the 'Tempe goreng'. (y) hehe. But maybe I should start cooking up something new. Hmm, better start browsing through some recipes soon. hehe. :)

The Programming Concept test results are out already and Syukur Alhamduillah~ I've passed my PC test. I was one of the lucky ones cos this is one of the toughest unit for this semester. Only 11 out of 140+ students passed the test. But when calculated with the overall marks, i.e. Test marks + Homework marks + Report marks, around 40 students had passed altogether. And again Alhamdulillah~ I've managed to get a 'Merit' for my PC test. Insyallah~ I'll aim higher and get a Distinction for my PC exam soon. Aminnn~

Tomorrow will be Teacher's day in Brunei. Everyone will be having their holidays..................except me. :/ Apparently, there is a difference between 'lecturers' and 'teachers' rupanya~ Aren't lecturers supposed to have a break tomorrow? Cubatah ada, dapat jua sambung cuti~ haha. Oh well, I guess that's that.

There'll be another Java quiz tomorrow. Hopefully, I'll do good. Wish me luck!



By the way, my hair feels soft. haha. I'm loving its current condition. Thanks to Sunsilk. Promo promo~ hahaha. xD

I can finally rest now and take a breather. :)

All that's left are the last two assignments and then EXAMS! My first paper will be on the 16th, so I'll probably start revising tomorrow. I really would like to get distinctions for my exams this semester, hopefully.

Okay, enough talk about assignments and exams, for now.

Halloween was last Saturday, and as usual there would always be good scary movies playing on TV. I've managed to watch two good ones, Thirteen Ghosts & The Covenant. I've watched Thirteen Ghosts several times already and I still think it's one of the best scary movies I've ever seen. As for The Covenant, it was my first time watching it actually. I'd have to say, it wasn't that bad at all. The action, the thrills and the romance were simply alluring. :) Definitely, worth watching. Plus, the lead actor from the movie looks a lot like Taylor Lautner a.k.a. Jacob Black from Twilight. hehehe. :D

Ooh, last night I get to watch the Bridge to Terabithia too. It was a sad movie though. :/ But I love how they play with your imagination, in a way. Thinking outside the box and making you keep an open mind. :) Get a box of tissue ready if you're gonna watch it, cos you'll need it! LOL. =p

Aaanyways, I gotta chow. Gotta get some rest while I still have the chance. Goodnight all! :)
